- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- Payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise arranged
- Corporate accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms

- Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
- Bulk order discounts are available for qualifying orders

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled completion
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
- Custom or special-order materials cannot be refunded once purchased

- We stand behind the quality of our work
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours
- Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
4. Quality Assurance
- We use only premium materials and maintain high quality standards
- All work is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our standards
- We guarantee our work against defects in materials and workmanship
- Any issues should be reported immediately for resolution
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about gift dimensions and specifications
- Communicate any special requirements or deadlines at time of order
- Pick up completed orders within 7 days unless other arrangements are made
- Inspect wrapped items upon receipt and report any concerns promptly
6. Liability Limitations
- We are not responsible for damage to items that occurs during customer transport
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the wrapping service provided
- We are not responsible for the contents of wrapped items
- Insurance for high-value items is the customer's responsibility
7. Intellectual Property
- All original designs and creative work remain our intellectual property
- Customers may not reproduce our designs for commercial purposes
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Custom designs become customer property upon full payment

9. Dispute Resolution
- We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly
